“The VERY BEST!!! It seems that every day there are more and more realtors out there. Which isn't a bad thing. But finding a really good one can be challenging. My wife and I have truly been blessed to have worked with Tom and Sheila since 2019. We purchased our first home with them in May 2019 in New Jersey. The entire experience was pretty stress free because of their team. In 2021, the Air Force brought us back to Virginia. We sold our house with Tom and Sheila for over listing price and made a profit in just two years! Then earlier this year, we reached out to them as life was bringing us back to New Jersey to be closer to family. It was a no brainer and we wouldn't consider any other team to work with. When we were first considering selling our home in Cranford, Tom gave us honest advice as to how best to price the home to sell and when it would be best to put the house on the market. When we were finally ready Tom and Sheila swung into action with a time table for the "coming soon" to the official listing. Communication was excellent, Tom and Sheila contacted us anytime a showing was scheduled and provided us with feedback as to the level of interest from the showings as well as the open house. When we received some offers, they outlined the pros and cons of the offers so that we could make an informed decision. Tom and Sheila were with us every step of the way and did a lot of hand holding when we felt stressed by the selling process. Just a great team! I was very unsure about how much to list the house for, because the comps were pretty wide-ranging. I wanted to set a realistic price to generate interest but not make the house a bargain. It was important for me to get a fair price without the house spending too much time on the market. Tom and Sheila made an initial price recommendation right in line with my estimation of the property's value. When we recieved a low ball offer I thought was unrealistic, they suggested a strategy that ultimately closed the sale with this buyer at a fair price, something I would not have thought possible. We had a few challenges negotiating the deal because of the house's age, but in every case, Tom and Shiela offered a plan to overcome those challenges in short order. This sale had the potential to become a long, drawn out closing, but thanks to Tom and Sheila's professionalism and expertise, the entire sale was practically seamless. I highly recommend them.”
